
The Building Process, Simplified.
Your project will follow a unique path depending on the scope of work and your ultimate vision. Every project beings with an initial visit and ends with a final walk through to ensure complete satisfaction. Rest assured, we will handle any necessary permits, zoning board considerations, energy ratings, and inspections needed along the way.


Initial visit

We will meet you at your home to discuss your goals, visions, and ideas. If you have plans already in hand, great! We will discuss any considerations such the need for zoning board relief, project timelines, financing, and budget.
Design
​
We will introduce you to our architectural team and surveyors to put pen to paper and collaboratively turn your ideas into a plan. This process typically involves at least two site visits and two in office meetings. Bring your creativity and ideas!
Budgeting
​
We will work with you to design a personal detailed budget based on the plans and specifications of your project. We understand that budget constraints are an important consideration for many. We take a consultative approach to achieve your vision while maximizing your budget.
Permitting and zoning
​
Every project requires a permit. We will secure all of the required permits and coordinate any necessary inspections.

If your project requires municipal zoning board relief, we will work to secure this on your behalf.
Construction
​
Now the fun begins! As construction starts, we will introduce you to the teams of contractors and subcontractors assigned to your project. We will schedule multiple walk through visits to show you your homes progress and answer any questions. Upon completion, we will arrange a final walk through to ensure satisfaction.
